What is People strategic pillar?
The “People” strategic pillar is one that articulates the process of design, implementation and continuous improvement of training programs, plans and projects intended to contribute to bridging inequality gaps for women.
Each initiative is designed considering the following areas of knowledge: Entrepreneurship, Digital Literacy, Financial Education and Leadership, and can be accessed either on-site or online, directly or through Foundation’s partners in the different territories.
On-site training takes place in the classroom and, depending on the target population, integrates tools to promote knowledge and action involving games, reflections and e everyday life cases to address concepts related to business, finance, self-development, the appropriation of ICT and the management of interpersonal and family relations.
It is training that takes place through the Foundation’s Online Classroom. Depending on the target population, it integrates games-based knowledge and action tools, reflections and daily life cases to address concepts related to business, finance, self-development, the appropriation of ITCs and the management of interpersonal and family relations.
The course follows the latest trends in online training such as microlearning, gamification and challenge-based learning. All the courses receive online support from an angel advisor, a trainer and/or a business advisor.
In this module, we support entrepreneurs in four areas—ffinancial, marketing and commercial, production, and administrative—in order to promote the organisation and sustainability of their businesses.
This is a support process intended to promote the recognition and exercise of rights, change attitudes and beliefs related to gender roles, and strengthen women’s leadership skills and personal autonomy.
There are a range of courses, workshops, talks, events, manuals, family games, videos and life experiences, among other activities that promote reflection and action.
